About LinkBacksI really don't want to pm adamz about this stuff, so if anyone has any input i would appreciate it.
running 6.0.1 and it's a great rom (far better than some of the "hot" roms that are out right now, imho). i'm getting 10.1 mflops/165 short bench/650 long bench at 1200mhz consistently. the only issue i'm having is the google news/weather widget is slightly busted. the weather wont update using "my location". if i enter a specific location it loads weather info just fine. automatic mode fails to load any data. the news part works just fine. any tips on this?
secondly, anybody have a way to add the 2.0 lock screen to this rom? i tried pete's update.zip lock screen, coded for 2.0.1 roms and it sort of worked, but there was a weird white bar at the top with a plus sign in it. does anyone know if adamz will be adding the option back into this rom?
lastly, any info on if JIT will work on this rom? any plans to implement it that you guys know of?
btw, i tried searching for answers to all these questions, both here and at another forum and got nowhere, hence the post. thanks in advance.

03-17-2010 10:48 PMI have the same problem with the weather widget. I am running BB0.8 no theme. I have the use wireless network enable and other apps can use it just fine.
Just seems to be the app with the weather icon removed in the base BB flah image does work right out of the box.
I just entered my home zip and left it that way. -
